If you need to cancel your booking and it is over a calendar month before the booking date, we can refund the deposit you paid. If it is less than a month, but more than 7 days before, you will be able to reschedule and use the deposit you paid against a future booking. If it is 7 days or less before you booking and you need to cancel them unfortunately you will lose your deposit. So if there is going to be a problem then the best thing to do is let us know straight away!

If you wish to go ahead and book, we will send you over our invoice that will have the details of your booking and what you need to make payment. To confirm the booking we would need a deposit and the balance can then be paid to us directly the week before or actually on the evening. If you wish to pay in full, that is also an option and you just need to let us know so what we can compile the invoice accordingly.

On the day the butler will be call or text you to introduce themselves and give you the opportunity to give him any extra information like apartment numbers or parking arrangement for example. Also you will be able to tell him if it is a surprise and arrange to sneak him in if so. A good idea is to arrange for the butler to call you when he is outside, so you can let him in without him having to ring and doorbells. He will then need somewhere to get changed and leave his clothes safely as he will need them when he is finished!

Our guys are great at organising simple drinking games and fun hen party games, they can usually use things you have there like balloons and plasters, but they don’t actually bring any props themselves. There are loads of really good, cheap ones you can get from eBay, like pin the willy on the hunk and our guys are great at organising and joining in with those!

Our guys are more than happy to wear boxers under their apron, or black trousers if you would prefer, so don’t let the idea of ‘bums out’ stop you having one of our hot butler’s torsos on show to spice up your event!
